Most items are stocked and are ready to ship immediately. Wreaths and floral arrangements are made to order and require a few extra days for processing. If you have a special event and require an item by a particular date please send an email to hello@graceharriscollection.com and let us know, we’ll do our best to accommodate!
PROCESSING
Processing times for in stock items vary and are usually 1-3 days.
RETURNS
We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if for some reason you aren’t please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Returns of new, unworn items in original condition and packaging are accepted within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds to original payment form at this time but are happy to issue you a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need a different size or would like to return your purchase for store credit:
PLEASE EMAIL hello@graceharriscollection.com within 14 days of receipt to begin the process of an exchange or return for store credit. We will provide a convenient, printable return shipping label and email it to you. Original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
