Refund policy

At Grace Harris Collection, we want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary.

Please note that we do not offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges if the product does not meet your expectations or if there is a manufacturing defect.

We want to make sure you find the perfect fit, so please keep in mind that our inventory moves quickly, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred size will be available for exchanges. If your size is not in stock, we will happily provide you with store credit for the value of the exchanged item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. You have 7 days from the shipment arrival to make an exchange request.

To start the exchange process, please email us at hello@graceharriscollection.com and include your order number and the reason for your exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your exchange.
